, an e-business digital marketing agency with 15 years of field experience, awarded for the 4th time as e-business and e-commerce agency of the year, 250+ industry awards, premier partnerships with Google, Meta & TikTok, is looking to fill a mid-level position for a Performance-oriented Digital Media Specialist. We’re looking for someone with strong digital marketing expertise, a passion for performance, and deep understanding of digital media to manage and optimize campaigns for leading e-commerce brands in Greece.
Responsibilities
- Set clear performance goals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
- Own the structure, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, etc.)
- Allocate and supervise performance-related tasks for a small team (1–2 people), ensuring proper prioritization and workload balance
- Apply advanced performance marketing skills: bid management, campaign structure, feed optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices, are properly set up, and are routinely optimized for efficiency and KPIs
- Create performance reports using analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio), demonstrating RoAS and actionable insights
- Provide expert consultation to clients on digital tools and strategy
- Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends and share knowledge, learnings, and ideas with the team
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and support cross-functional team goals
- Report directly to the Digital Media & Growth Manager
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping/PMax, Video) and Meta Ads
- Experience in e-commerce performance marketing
- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including advanced features (Exploration, Custom Reports)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Passion for learning and performance-driven marketing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in Greek & English
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio
- Google Ads & Google Analytics Certifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft/Google productivity tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience handling large budgets (> €20,000/month/account).
- Experience with international campaigns.
- Basic understanding of CRO/UX principles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Ability to evaluate tracking setups via Google Tag Manager
