**MUST HAVE EP EXPERIENCE** Unit Highlights: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!Hospital: Medical City Heart and Spine HospitalLocation: Dallas, TXUnit: Cath Lab (746)Classification: RNShift Detail: DAYSBuilding/Floor/Suite information of unit :General InformationShift Details- Please correct information below if needed: Rate Assignment Length: 13 weeksShift/Workdays: DAYSWeekend Discuss during the interviewCall Requirements: YesGuaranteed Hours: 36Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years + Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Number of Beds: 12 holding bays, 3 CCLs, 2 EPs, 1 hybrid suitePatient Ratios : NAUnit staffing description: CCL/EP teams include 3 team members, scrub, circulate and monitor.Type of equipment : GE/PhilipsDocumentation system: MeditechScheduling requirements: 4 10 hour shifts with call for CCLFloating policy: As needed Hiring profileRequested Skill Set: Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) BLSACLSmust have 2 years experience in an interventional CCL setting with STEMI program, IABP, Impella, closure devices, CSI, Laser atherectomy Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following: PRE/PACU area of Cath Lab CCL and CVICUPreferred skills to have: TAVR, Mitraclip, WATCHMAN, EP ExpMEDITECH EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) ACTIVE TX RN LICENSE - RN, BSN temp license will not be accepted Procedures performed on unit: Heart catheterizations, biopsy, peripheral catheterization, PPM/ICD/CRT implant, Patient Experience Required: AIDET training preferred Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.Scrub ColorRN: Royal Blue scrubs (proof of purchase required)Nail Policy Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.Tattoos Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individuallyPiercings Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited.
