Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist



Job Overview:

Our client in Boulder, CO is seeking a Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist to assist with a short-term project involving invoice verification and data management. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and exposure to accounting processes, particularly AP. NetSuite experience is a plus.



Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist, you will:

  • Document Management:

    • Scan physical documents and organize digital files (approx. 50% of workload).
  • Data Entry & Verification:

    • Upload scanned documents into NetSuite.
    • Match invoices to vendors and verify imported data from Ideas to NetSuite.
    • Code invoices accurately and ensure all information is correct.
  • Ad Hoc Support:

    • Assist with additional tasks as the project evolves.
  • Excel Work:

    • Use provided templates to verify and reconcile new data.


Qualifications:

The ideal Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist will have:

  • Experience:

    • NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
    • Background in administrative tasks and exposure to AP/accounting processes.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
