Job Overview:
Our client in Boulder, CO is seeking a Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist to assist with a short-term project involving invoice verification and data management. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and exposure to accounting processes, particularly AP. NetSuite experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist, you will:

Document Management:
- Scan physical documents and organize digital files (approx. 50% of workload).

Data Entry & Verification:
- Upload scanned documents into NetSuite.
- Match invoices to vendors and verify imported data from Ideas to NetSuite.
- Code invoices accurately and ensure all information is correct.

Ad Hoc Support:
- Assist with additional tasks as the project evolves.

Excel Work:
- Use provided templates to verify and reconcile new data.
Qualifications:
The ideal Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist will have:

Experience:
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
- Background in administrative tasks and exposure to AP/accounting processes.

- Proficiency in Excel.
