• At least 2 years of previous experience evaluating and repairing forklifts, heavy equipment, tractors, automobiles, or similar pieces of equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge and understanding of hydraulic systems
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be computer literate, able to use a tablet and a laptop for field diagnostics and internet resources
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens, background checks, and physicals
