Superintendent

We’re hiring a Superintendent to lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish on projects ranging from $10M–$100M in the D.C. region. You’ll oversee subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, drive schedule execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

• Lead day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination

• Enforce our safety standards and conduct daily site walks

• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and field problem-solving

• Monitor quality and ensure work meets specs and client expectations

• Support closeout activities, inspections, and punch list completion

• 8–13 years of construction field experience

• Experience managing vertical construction projects $10M+

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills

• Ability to maintain safety, quality, and productivity on complex jobs

• $130K–$160K salary + ESOP participation
