Google/Meta Digital Ad Platform Manager
Canton, MA (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Our team handles everything in-house – strategy, media buying, digital, social, PR, creative, and account management – and our campaigns have helped sell over 20 million tickets to some of the most recognized events and attractions across North America.
From professional sports and live entertainment to museums and world-renowned exhibitions like King Tut, Ramses the Great, and Titanic, our clients produce some of the most fascinating and high-profile experiences on the planet.
We’re looking for a Google/Meta Digital Ad Platform Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other key digital ad platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our Digital Director and creative team to deliver smart, results-driven campaigns that drive sales.
This position is ideal for someone who’s ready to take the next step in their digital marketing career; someone who enjoys getting into the nuts and bolts of the campaign, monitoring performance, and seeing through their successes.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms
- Write ad copy and assist in developing digital strategy and media plans
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust based on key metrics
- Generate and analyze monthly reports for clients
- Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals
- Stay on top of trends and platform updates to continually improve performance
- Oversee budget and digital media mix optimization
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Must have extensive experience running PAID digital advertising campaigns in at least one of these key platforms: Google Ads and Meta. We will not be accepting applications at this time for those without this minimum experience.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, positive team player
