POSITION SUMMARY: The VP, Precon & Estimation manages all activities related to the management and oversite of the Preconstruction department, which includes oversite of all estimation activities and personnel for construction projects sought by CPG.

- Oversees general deliverables for assigned projects during preconstruction from proposals to issuing subcontracts and equipment purchase orders.
- Department lead responsible for estimation of potential project CPG is bidding
- Provide oversite on RFI and Submittal processes
- Identify additional opportunities for CPG to generate revenue

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- At least 20 years' experience in similar data center industry.
- Must be a US Citizen
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in leading and growing teams in high-growth organizations.
- Demonstrable success leading Support and Services teams in a high pace environment.
- Directly supervises 5 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
