- Guide, mentor, and hold accountable a high-performing IT team.
- Oversee desktops, laptops, mobile devices, ERP systems, network, and security infrastructure.
- Ensure uptime, SLA compliance, and timely incident response.
- Support disaster recovery, licensing, procurement, and vendor management.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in enterprise IT with leadership background.
- Hands-on in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and ERP.
- Strong communicator with problem-solving skills.
