Compensation: $31.00 - $36.00/hour

Your Impact as an Accountant:

As an Accountant, you will play a key role in financial operations, balancing both accounting and accounts payable responsibilities:

• Process journal entries in QuickBooks
• Prepare month-end variance reports, balance sheets, and financial statements
• Manage AP functions: process invoices (including complex invoices), maintain vendor lists, and communicate with vendors
• Monitor the AP email inbox and ensure timely responses
• Keep the purchasing system organized and accurate
• Split responsibilities: 50% AP and 50% Accountant duties

Qualifications for the Accountant Role:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 2+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Accounts Payable experience
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
