Locums Diagnostic Radiology Physician

We areseeking an experienced Locums Diagnostic Radiology Physician to providefull-time coverage at a hospital-based setting in Charleston, WV. The idealcandidate will be proficient across a broad range of diagnostic modalities andcapable of performing light interventional procedures. This position offers astable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.

PositionDetails:

• Setting: Onsite – Hospital-based
• Daily Volume: 90–100 cases per 8-hour shift
• wRVUs: Approximately 70 per shift
• Modalities: X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Fluoroscopy
• Sub-specialty Case Mix (Fluoro): ~5 per shift

LightInterventional Procedures Include:

• Biopsies: Thyroid, lung, bone, liver, renal (CT and ultrasound-guided)
• Drainages: Paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainages, chest tube placement, cyst drainage
• Lumbar Punctures: Diagnostic lumbar puncture, myelogram
• Arthrograms: Knee, elbow, hip, ankle, shoulder joint injections

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (required)
• Active Medical License: West Virginia (Ohio license noted; will confirm WV requirement before credentialing)
• DEA Registration: Required
• Experience: 2+ years post-residency experience preferred
