- Active MA RN license currently in hand \n
- Current BLS certification required \n
- OR nursing experience required \n
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position \n

- COVID vaccine and booster required; flu vaccine required during flu season (medical exemptions are accepted) \n
- All previous employees of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility (travel, permanent, or per diem) must have a minimum 6-month break before returning \n
