Physical Therapist

We provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment and rehabilitiation services to patients of all ages, helping them regain function, independence, and quality of life. The rehabilitation team at Philip Health Services seeks to hire a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This position is full time and 40 hours per week. The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care and documentation for patients of all ages, birth through geriatric, to enhance physical health and functional abilities. The Physical Therapist will also carry out other operational duties for the Rehabilitation Department as indicated and provide physical therapy to outreach sites as indicated.
