Crew Scheduler/HR Generalist

Title : Crew Scheduler/HR Generalist Location : Cincinnati OH Duration : 12 months Job Description: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience Required: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or workforce management. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining scheduling records. Experience in communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders (supervisors, plant staff, etc.). Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for record management and reporting. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing schedules.
