TradeSource is hiring a Recruiter for our Metairie, LA office. We are seeking a confident self-starter who loves talking to people, thrives in a busy environment, and is driven to grow a career in staffing and construction recruiting. What You’ll Do

• Source and recruit skilled tradespeople using job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with construction professionals
• Support branch operations including Sales, Payroll, Billing, and Collections
• Help grow our local workforce and client base

• $45,000–$55,000 base salary (based on experience)
