Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent care to our residents.
• Chart nurse notes in an information descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
• Maintain a liasion with the residents, their families, support departments, etc., to adequately plan for the residents needs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN License in Iowa
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing (preferred)
• EducationEntry Level (0-2 years)
