Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I will be a first time mom and I am looking for someone kind and reliable to help babysit my infant who will be about 4 months by the time I have to go back to work. My husband works as well. I will likely only need 3 days out of the week, 8-6 hours a day. This could grow to 5 days, depending. My husband is a contractor in construction so his schedule shifts more than mine. I plan to have everything pre-set, bottles/food, a white board with a schedule to follow for naps/play, etc. I would rather have someone come to our home versus taking the baby to a childcare facility.
