10 shifts per month with clinic hours 8am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-12pm Fri
Average 2 patients seen and 2 admissions per 24-hour call
8 beds in department with predominantly newborn care
Call schedule rotates with local provider
Level I nursery care with c-section and delivery attendance required
Call response time 30 minutes
Coverage includes clinic only, clinic plus call, and call-only weekends
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
