Job Overview

We are seeking an organized Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this position, you will work with various professionals in organizing and controlling project activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction projects
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review the work progress on a daily basis
• Prepare internal and external job status reports
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Familiarity with construction management software packages and reporting
• Competency in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or proven field experience related to it
