The Consumer Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, or social channels. This role ensures that consumers receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance related to products, services, troubleshooting, and account inquiries. As a remote member of the team, you will maintain a high level of professionalism and communication while working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or product-related issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Resolve complaints, process returns or exchanges, and track support tickets.
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.
  • Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) for response time and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, product, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for improvement.
  • Uphold company values and ensure satisfaction with every customer interaction.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–2 years of customer service or consumer support experience (remote experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud) is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Preferred:
