This is a long-term, part-time housekeeper / household assistant role for a private home of a professional couple. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent—someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, calm, and well-organized home. Primary responsibilities include: • Full cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms on a rotating schedule • Daily kitchen reset (wipe counters, sink, stove exterior, light appliance wipe) • Dishwashing, including loading and unloading the dishwasher • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface care • Laundry (washing, folding, light ironing as needed) • Daily making of beds and regular linen changes • Light organizing and maintaining order throughout the home • Trash removal and general household reset • Grocery pickup and dry-cleaning drop-off/pickup • Occasional light errands when needed • Monitor household supplies and flag low items • Simple, homeowner-directed food prep only Bonus skills (not required but a plus): • Ability to prepare a light breakfast on occasion (oatmeal, eggs or omelets, coffee) • Basic meal prep, such as chopping vegetables, washing produce, or preparing simple salads Additional notes: • No pet care required • Initial trial period to ensure a good fit on both sides This role is best suited for someone who can work independently, follow household preferences once learned, and maintain a high standard with discretion and professionalism.
