Position overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the production process, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high-quality standards in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will follow supervisor direction, adhere to company policies, and work well as part of a team. The position offers opportunities for long-term employment with potential for permanent hire.

Responsibilities

The production worker’s role is responsible for assisting in whatever position is assigned to them within the production area. This could vary from working on the packing portion of the production lines or working in the fulfillment area of the plant, preparing customer orders to be shipped out. This includes but is not limited to sanitation tasks, warehouse-related tasks, and/or any legally viable tasks requested by the management team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Labeling boxes appropriately. - Assembling and packaging boxes with food pouches. - Palletizing boxes. - Wrapping pallets, as needed. - Other responsibilities, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS - Able to work at a fast pace. - Able to follow both verbal and written instructions. - Previous experience in food production facilities is preferred, but not necessary.
