Responsibilities

• Support daily production by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the production line.

• Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

• Assist in assembly, packaging, and labeling of products, ensuring they are prepared for shipment according to company guidelines.

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.

• Keep workstations and production areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards by following safety procedures and cleanliness standards.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

• Collaborate with other production associates and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines.

• Manage materials, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for production needs and assisting with inventory counts as needed.
