RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• On-call requirement every third week/weekend
• 13-week assignment duration starting ASAP
• 1:1 patient ratio maintained
• Minimum 1.5 years Interventional Radiology nursing experience required
• 1 year recent travel experience required
• Required certifications: RN license, CPR, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience with conscious sedation administration within Interventional Radiology required
• Must have experience working with angiography, CT scan, and ultrasound procedures
• Interventional and diagnostic procedural experience required
• Provide direct patient care during complex diagnostic procedures
• Responsibilities include patient preparation, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting physicians
• Handle procedure sedation and monitoring for IR, CT, and ultrasound procedures
• Work with Cerner EMR system
• Monthly department volume approximately 250 nurse procedures
• Focus on patient assessment and safety throughout procedures
