Position Description: Rate Type:
Assignment for 16-32 weeks Travel Rate: $115 Radius: $110: 51-100 miles Local: $105: 50 miles or less • Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance Ultrasound tech/sonographer: Floating and charge are not required. Weekends are on-call rotation only – 8a-12p, every 4th-5th weekend. Must be flexible with schedule. For equipment they have (2) Client Logic E10s and (2) Samsung WS80A. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: • RVT and ARDMS (AB or OB) credentials • A minimum of 2 years of unit experience • This is for general ultrasound that includes some vascular so travelers must have vascular experience • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 1/ 19 • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
