Requirements:
Active State Physical Therapist License
CPR/BCLS Certification Required
Familiarity with UDS EHR system

Bachelor’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
TheraEx Therapy Job ID #25-47085. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
