Position Details
Position: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Employment Type: Contract / Travel
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts
Call Requirement: Rotating weekday and weekend call required
Start Date: ASAP
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Location: Hospital-Based IR Department
Compensation
Pay Rate: $4000 gross per week
Travel stipends available for qualified travelers
Responsibilities
Assist physicians during vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures.
Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies.
Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic imaging equipment.
Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety.
Monitor and document patient information throughout procedures.
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and procedural staff to provide exceptional patient care.
Participate in on-call coverage for urgent and emergent procedures.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT (R) certification required.
State licensure as required by the assignment location.
BLS certification required.
Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
Experience with vascular procedures, angiography, and fluoroscopy strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced procedural environment.
CommonSpirit Health at Home Job ID #1080. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
