Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

Qualifications:

- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE). \t
- Current RDMS certification in Abdomen and OB/GYN required. \t
- Minimum of one year of relevant ultrasound experience. \t
- Must successfully meet all pre-employment health clearance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

- Independently operate ultrasound equipment to perform a variety of diagnostic sonographic examinations. \t
- Accurately analyze and communicate examination findings to the interpreting radiologist. \t
- Oversee daily ultrasound department operations, including patient scheduling, equipment upkeep, and quality assurance activities. \t
- Exercise sound clinical judgment to distinguish normal anatomy from pathological findings during examinations. \t
- Collect and review pertinent patient medical histories to ensure accurate imaging and assessment. \t
- Maintain high standards of patient care while adhering to departmental and regulatory guidelines.
