Exciting Opportunity for a CT Tech!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Position: CT Tech \n- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology\n- Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)\n- Experience Required: 1 year(s)\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Perform CT scans, focusing on:\n - Abdomen and Pelvis\n - Chest\n - Brain perfusion\n - Vascular CTA\n- Conduct special procedures:\n - Biopsies*\n - CT arthrography*\n- Utilize equipment effectively, including:\n - GE 16 slice scanner\n - Siemens and Fuji x-ray systems\n - GE C-arm for MBS studies\n- Ensure patient safety through:\n - Isolation precautions\n - Radiation safety protocols\n - Preparation and administration of contrast media\n- Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture*\n\nAdditional Details:\n\n- Float Requirement: Yes (may float to nearby medical center)\n- Call Requirement: Yes (2-3 nights/week)\n- Weekend Shifts: Dependent on schedule\n- Patient Population: Specialty Rehabilitation Hospital\n - 10 bed LTACH/ICU\n - 46 bed inpatient rehabilitation\n- Charting System: Epic (preferred)\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Must hold certifications:\n - ARRT CT\n - ARRT R\n - BLS\n- Strong background in older GE and Siemens CT scanners preferred\n- Flexibility to accommodate block schedules:\n - Primarily covering Monday-Thursday\n - Expectation to float to cover staffing needs\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
