(WISCONSIN) Machine Operator - First Shift - Now Hiring

Our client in Mineral Point, WI is looking for a Production Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, be a team player, and be able to follow standard work and quality procedures to help meet the company’s productivity and safety goals. 

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Mineral Point, WI

Pay Range: $17.69

What’s the Job?

• Operate manual and automated production equipment safely to meet quality and delivery goals. 

• Perform quality inspections and identify / control non-conforming material. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform routine housekeeping and machine maintenance. 

• Report and correct hazards; use proper personal protective equipment; follow HSE protocols. 

• Communicate with team members and support staff; participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 

What’s Needed?

• At least 6 months of experience required.

• Competency in manufacturing fundamentals (process, quality, safety). 

• Ability to follow documented standard work and quality procedures (e.g., SPC, poka-yoke). 

• Ability to identify and correct hazards, with a strong commitment to safety. 

• Ability to work at defined cycle times / engineering standards and meet production goals.
