Requirements / Who we are looking for: Experience operating and maintaining industrial or service line equipment, with the ability to learn additional equipment as needed. Ability to meet all DOT requirements, including proper documentation and adherence to DOT regulations (if driving responsibilities apply). Strong communication skills to provide accurate updates throughout the job process. Strong attention to detail, including proper documentation and compliance record-keeping. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with solid problem-solving skills. Physical ability to perform duties such as operating equipment, lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in industrial environments. Commitment to following all safety protocols and company operating procedures. Willingness to participate in training and cross-training to support additional service lines and growth within the division. Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing: Operate and maintain all equipment associated with the individual’s primary service line. Operate and maintain additional service line equipment when needed; this skillset is strongly desired and will be considered during annual reviews and promotional opportunities within OIS. Drive company vehicles with a valid driver's license. For DOT drivers, comply with all DOT regulations and required record-keeping.
