As a full-time HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of residential clients by performing maintenance, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions for their HVAC systems. Responsibilities- Perform routine HVAC maintenance visits and inspections for residential customers
- Diagnose indoor air quality (IAQ) concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Order necessary parts and make light repairs on HVAC equipment
- Provide accurate estimates for service and IAQ improvements
- Conduct SCA (Service Club Agreement) maintenance visits to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Document system details, services performed, customer discussions, and costs on invoices
- Participate in ongoing company-sponsored training and mentorship programs
- Maintain a professional image, including wearing clean and approved company apparel
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and code of ethics
- Keep company-provided vehicle and equipment clean and organized
- Respect customer property and foster a positive, respectful work environment
- Report workplace concerns or challenges to ownership or HR as needed
- Lead by example in promoting professionalism and discouraging workplace gossip
- Ability to pass Background, Driving, & Drug Screening
- Experience in HVAC maintenance, service, or a related field preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for HVAC and IAQ systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to professionalism, safety, and high-quality workmanship
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
$1,500 tool allowance for entry-level employees or $5,000 sign-on bonus for technicians with 2+ years of experience
