HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician - Full-time

As a full-time HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of residential clients by performing maintenance, diagnosing issues, and providing solutions for their HVAC systems. Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance visits and inspections for residential customers
• Diagnose indoor air quality (IAQ) concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
• Order necessary parts and make light repairs on HVAC equipment
• Provide accurate estimates for service and IAQ improvements
• Conduct SCA (Service Club Agreement) maintenance visits to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
• Document system details, services performed, customer discussions, and costs on invoices
• Participate in ongoing company-sponsored training and mentorship programs
• Maintain a professional image, including wearing clean and approved company apparel
• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and code of ethics
• Keep company-provided vehicle and equipment clean and organized
• Respect customer property and foster a positive, respectful work environment
• Report workplace concerns or challenges to ownership or HR as needed
• Lead by example in promoting professionalism and discouraging workplace gossip

Qualifications

• Ability to pass Background, Driving, & Drug Screening
• Experience in HVAC maintenance, service, or a related field preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for HVAC and IAQ systems
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to professionalism, safety, and high-quality workmanship
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

Compensation

$1,500 tool allowance for entry-level employees or $5,000 sign-on bonus for technicians with 2+ years of experience
