Leading Home Builder Schaeffer Homes is looking for a New Home Sales Professional to join our sales team.  This exciting opportunity is based in our brand-new storefront professional design center located in Newark, DE.

This person will meet with prospective buyers looking to build a new home.

• Intense Training Program. Retail Sales Experience Preferred, but Not Required
• Will Assist in Obtaining a Real Estate License if you do not already have one
• Weekends Required
• Self-motivated, Eager to Learn, and have High Energy
• Non-Smoking Environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Potential Earnings: between $75,000 - over $100,000/year. 100% commission after training period.

Schedule:

• Weekend days required
• Days off will be during the week
• 8-hour shift
• Self-determined schedule
