Responsibilities – Service Technician:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Ensure compliance with Ford standards and dealership quality expectations
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support team goals and contribute to customer satisfaction

 
Qualifications/Requirements:

• Honda experience is a plus!
• A-Level Technicians: Advanced diagnostic skills, ASE certifications preferred, strong experience with complex repairs
• B-Level Technicians: Solid mechanical knowledge, ability to perform routine maintenance and moderate repairs, willingness to grow into advanced responsibilities
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
