Registered Nurse (Telemetry / Progressive Care Unit) - Nights
Compensation: $30.00-$55.00 per hour based on experience and clinical level
Sign-On Bonus: Choose between:

• $15,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)
• $20,000 sign-on bonus (4-year commitment)
• OR up to $25,000 Tuition Loan Repayment Assistance

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 available for qualified candidates

Position Overview
A nationally recognized, Magnet-designated health system is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Telemetry and Progressive Care teams. This is an excellent opportunity for Med/Surg nurses looking to advance into a higher-acuity environment while working within a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare organization.

• Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care

Nurses will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and support patients through complex medical and post-surgical recoveries.
Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience required
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• BSN preferred; ADN candidates must agree to enroll in a BSN program within 5 years of hire and complete it within 7 years
• Telemetry, PCU, ICU, Cardiac, or Med/Surg experience preferred
