ROLE IMPACT
The Gran Accountant will support a non-profit in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and ability to work with complex data and various systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile, analyze, and validate financial statements and related reports
- Manage precise general ledger maintenance and journal entry recording
- Contribute to budgeting processes, financial projections, and analytical reviews
- Monitor adherence to relevant accounting principles, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in audit procedures and internal financial assessments
- Leverage Excel and other advanced software tools to interpret data and generate reports
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
- Master’s degree with at least one year of experience may substitute
- Minimum of 3 years in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel
