We're hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Adult Acute Care unit in Louisville, KY. The RN will provide safe, patient-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements\n- \n
- Active RN License \n
- Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience \n
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS certifications required \n
- Strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical intervention \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills \n
- \n
- Assess and monitor patient conditions \n
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans \n
- Administer treatments and monitor patient responses \n
- Educate patients and families on care and discharge planning \n
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams \n
- Mentor support staff and maintain quality patient care standards \n
BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS certifications required
