L.E.A.S.H. Team Member (Lead Engagement and Account Support Hub)

We are excited to launch our new department, L.E.A.S.H. (Lead Engagement and Account Support Hub), a customer service and sales center designed to connect with potential leads and schedule them for trial appointments at our stores. These trial appointments are the first step in introducing new pet parents to Scenthound’s services and growing our membership base.We are hiring for two L.E.A.S.H. Team Members to join this new department. This is a hybrid role: half of your time will be spent working as a Member Associate in our stores, and half will be dedicated to calling leads and scheduling trial appointments from an office or your home.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads to schedule trial appointments for dogs
• Engage with pet parents to explain the value of Scenthound’s services and memberships
• Track and manage appointments to support conversion into memberships
• Work in-store as a L.E.A.S.H. Team Member, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily operations
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure a smooth handoff from lead engagement to in-person appointments
• Contribute to team performance goals, with incentives available for strong sales performance

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with weekend availability as needed)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a hybrid role (in-store and remote/office)
• Passion for dogs and commitment to their health and wellness
• Ability to work a consistent schedule of 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Availability to work weekends as needed
