We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support all marketing activities for Hillcroft Services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys planning and executing events, and has a passion for marketing and community engagement. This position is on-site and requires regular in-office presence at our office in Muncie, IN to collaborate effectively. Remote work is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and edit marketing materials including annual reports, brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Manage social media platforms and maintain agency websites.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide periodic reporting to support ongoing marketing and fundraising efforts.
- Represent Hillcroft at community and marketing events.
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of special events such as Thanksgiving Luncheon, Golf Scramble, Vendor Market, and other assigned events
- Attend events to collect stories and photos for marketing and social media.
- Deliver advocacy training and assess outcomes for future outreach efforts
- Write and edit content for press releases and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field OR 5 years of documented experience in marketing (required).
- Minimum 2 years in marketing or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends for events.
- Ability to pass background checks and maintain required certifications.
