Prior State / Federal client experience is a plust.

Required Qualifications
 Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math, or science and 10-15 years of relevant
experience
 Proficiency in designing and developing applications using Pega Platform (PegaRULES Process
Commander).
 Expertise in Pegas core features, such as Case Management, Decision Management, and BPM.
 Experience with Pega integrations, including APIs and web services.
 Certification (preferred): Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Certified Senior System Architect
(PCSSA).
 Problem-solving skills and Attention to detail
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
 Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and experience with writing SQL
queries.
 Familiarity with standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
