About the Job:
We are looking to hire a full-time Assistant Program Manager to oversee and manage the daily program operations, including the JCAHO and DHCS requirements. In addition to documentation, pre-admission telephone assessments, intakes and discharges are a large part of the role. This role will also be responsible for leading and training the group facilitators and Behavioral Health Technicians, medical staff, all compliance items, as well as overseeing the facility's cleanliness, food, inventory, maintenance needs and vehicles.
Prior experience working at a SUD's inpatient facility is required. Must have a full understanding of medication pass, vital signs and CIWAS. Must have detailed knowledge of Kipu.
Details:
Salaried, W-2 employee
Work Days: Tuesday through Saturday
On Call, if needed, Sundays and Mondays
Hours: 6:30 AM to 5 PM (somewhat flexible)
Job Duties:
Job duties include managing and overseeing all documentation and compliance-related items. Also includes overseeing medication pass, vitals and CIWAS. Train the other BHT's to follow company protocol. Manage the BHT's, administrative tasks, administering care to clients, ensuring the facility runs on time for all appointments, groups, and activities. Leading and training the other BHT's. Other duties include: computer work, facility maintenance management, vehicle maintenance management, doctor follow ups, intakes, discharges, group notes documentation, group facilitation, inventory tracking, transportation and more.
