ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the United States Marine Corps and later worked as a State Farm team member. Outside of work, you'll usually find me cheering on sports teams or spending time with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Ryan Meyer State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Market State Farm products based off customer needs.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
