Location: Remote – Must reside east of the Mississippi river.
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base + potential six-figure bonus

We're looking for a proven structural steel sales professional with experience selling around $50M annually in structural steel services. Join a respected and industry leading structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator with a strong national reputation and steady project backlog.

What You'll Do:

• Drive new business and manage key client relationships.
• Estimate, price, and negotiate structural steel projects.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate project handoffs with internal teams.
  

What You'll Bring:

• Must have 3+ years of sales and estimating for a structural steel fabricator.
• Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
