Driver Recruiter

Excel Courier is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build and maintain a strong pipeline of Independent Contractor (IC) drivers with the right vehicle, location, and availability to support our fast-paced operations. This role is on-site in our Ashburn location in support of our 24/7/365 operations.

What Youll Do

• Review and screen IC driver applications for fit and qualifications.
• Clearly explain duties, responsibilities, settlement, schedules, and working conditions.
• Select qualified prospects and schedule orientations/onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and anticipated driver needs.
• Actively listen, ask strong questions, and read motivations to identify ideal prospects.
