Machine Operator – Full Time

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality components while supporting our first line of quality control. Hours & Training Requirements

• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm — $16.69/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am — $16.64/hour

Mandatory Training:
All new hires must complete training on 1st shift (6:00am–2:00/3:00pm) the first week. This training period is required, regardless of the shift you will ultimately work.

First-Month Flexibility Requirement:
During your first month, you must be fully flexible and available to work any shift based on production needs. After this period, you will transition into your assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece checks and obtain approval before running production.
• Operate machines to ensure all parts meet required specifications.
• Use gauges to verify tolerances and make necessary mechanical adjustments.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance (adding fluids, cleaning, changing bits).
• Pack, tag, and document finished products accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to use gauges and understand metric measurements.
• Solid basic math skills, including working with decimals.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Must pass a drug test.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; regularly exert 10–20 lbs of force.
• Frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching, standing, walking, gripping, and bending.
