Maintenance Technician

The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a Maintenance Technician for our luxury apartment communities in Keyport, NJ.

Candidate Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry & painting
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and appliances. HVAC certification is strongly preferred
• Must be able to assist with snow removal
• Good verbal and written communication skills and great customer service skills are required
• Must have own tools, valid NJ driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel between properties
• A minimum of 3+ years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
• Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
