Job Description

We’re looking for a Universal Banker to join our Quakertown team. This role provides both Teller and Member Service support, builds relationships with members, and helps them find the financial solutions that best meet their needs.
What You’ll DoProvide prompt, friendly, accurate service to members
Perform teller transactions and handle cash accurately
Open new accounts and service existing accounts
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products
Educate members on digital banking tools
Originate and process consumer loans (personal, auto, home equity)
Review applications and credit reports; conduct loan closings
Resolve member concerns and ensure follow-through
Support IRA and certificate transactions
Assist with daily branch operations and security procedures
Meet branch service and referral goals
Travel to other MSDFCU locations as needed
2+ years of experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services
Strong cash-handling skills
Comfort with sales, referrals, and building member relationships
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency (Windows environment)
Attention to detail and strong math aptitude
Ability to meet SAFE Act registration requirements
Stable hours (no late nights)
