Specializing in Precision CNC Machining and Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication, Decimal Engineering supports a range of high-tech industries, including aerospace, medical, automotive, electronics, and marine. Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret Blueprints and Diagrams: Follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other instructions to ensure accurate assembly of products.
  • Gather Materials and Tools: Prepare by organizing parts, tools, and materials for efficient assembly.
  • Assemble Components: Connect and fasten parts and subassemblies with precision, using hand tools such as screwdrivers and drills.
  • Measure and Verify: Ensure all components meet specifications by measuring and checking for a precise fit.
  • Perform Soldering (If Required): Join metal parts by applying solder to joints, following established techniques.
  • Maintain Inventory and Quality: Monitor product inventory, perform quality checks, and identify and document any defects.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Equipment: Keep equipment running smoothly by following guidelines and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Promote Safety and Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Prior mechanical assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills: Basic reading comprehension, strong attention to detail, computer navigation, and communication skills.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 20 pounds and perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks accurately and maintain focus.
