We are seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Operator to join our production team. This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will operate sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to quality standards, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety.Why Partner with Us

- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, or finish products according to specifications
- Follow detailed work orders, patterns, and quality standards
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all safety and company policies
- Previous sewing, garment production, or similar manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and hand-sewing as needed
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle fabrics and sewing tools
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs occasionally
- Monday – Thursday: 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM or 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday – Sunday: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Shift Differential: $1.25/hour for Friday through Sunday shifts
- Opportunity for permanent placement within the company
- Training provided for machine operation and safety protocols
