Job Description
Summary: Perform all accounts receivable functions and reporting. To produce accurate and timely billing and collect all payments owed to the Company from all related entities of Telluride Ski & Golf such as Asset Holdings etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Produce invoices & statements for all accounts receivables in different systems like RTP, Golf 365, JDE and more.
- Monthly Reconciliation required for all accounts receivables with a balance and monthly follow up emails to delinquent accounts.
- Meet with your Manager on a monthly basis to review AR aging.
- Send out invoices/reminders to Golf Notes members in JDE on a monthly basis.
- Review coding of deposits for all payments received for all entities with your Manager.
- Prepare & review delinquent accounts and bounced checks monthly for collection process whether external or internal (ex: letter for delinquent golf accounts).
- Prepare and produce invoices to vendor for shared utilities invoices and other charges.
- Review & work on your voicemail & emails daily.
- Reconcile all POS billing account activity, clear from applicable POS to consolidate in primary billing software (Golf365 & RTP). Maintain reconciliations of clearing accounts.
- Work with your Manager on Asset holdings to insure proper billings and payments.
- Responsible for credit card charging for accounts receivable as requested by customers.
- Provides excellent customer service that exceeds the member's and guest’s expectations.
- In charge of all weddings, conference, groups & special events billings

Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or minimum one-year related experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Other Qualifications:
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime.

The wage for this position is $23.00-$24.00/hr.
