Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, improving yield, and enhancing process performance — applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured methodologies.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process and quality improvements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain process control plans, PFMEAs, capability studies (Cp, Cpk), and other quality documentation to ensure stable and capable manufacturing processes.
- Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems — drive root cause analysis, validate effectiveness of fixes, and implement long-term process or product improvements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and design teams to develop and qualify new or modified products/processes.
- Support internal and external audits, help ensure compliance with quality-management standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements. Engineer Fix+2BPRHub+2

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline or equivalent applicable experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or process-engineering environment (ideally in an ISO 9001–certified organization). Indeed+1
- Strong understanding of core quality tools and methodologies (FMEA/PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA / 8D / Root Cause Analysis). Gridon Systems+2JRG Partners LLC+2
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other structured continuous-improvement frameworks is preferred. TimesPro+1

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and present findings/recommendations clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with manufacturing equipment, electrical components, and standard safety protocols.

- Ability to balance hands-on problem-solving and process troubleshooting with big-picture systems thinking.
- Strong facilitation and mentoring skills — able to guide and support technicians and operators.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and dedication to quality and safety.
